Education Board Result 2024

The results of the SSC and HSC examinations 2024 will be published on the official websites of the education boards and through other mediums. Usually, the results are announced within 45 days of the end of the examination. The education board announces the publication date of results through a notification.

Education Board Result with Marksheet

While viewing results online, many websites offer the option to download marksheets. Usually, the original marksheet has to be collected from the educational institution, but the marksheet obtained online can be saved for future reference. The marksheet mentions how many marks a student has obtained in which subject. In addition to GPA and subject-wise grades, subject-wise marks are available on the marksheet.   2. Select the name of the exam.
  3. Select the year of the exam.

Education Board Result by SMS

After the result is published, it can be known by sending an SMS from any mobile phone. Detailed results will be included in a return message if an SMS is sent from any mobile phone operator. Also, sending an SMS before the result is published will be considered pre-registration. Pre-registered students will be notified of the result via SMS as soon as the concerned education board publishes the result.

To know the result through SMS, follow the method below:

  • Go to the message option of your mobile.
  • Write the message in the following format:
    For SSC: SSC <Space> First three letters of the board <Space> Roll number <Space> Year (Example: SSC DHA 123456 2024)
    For HSC: HSC <Space> First three letters of the board <Space> Roll number <Space> Year (Example: HSC DHA 123456 2024)
  • Send the message to 16222.

The results will be informed in a return SMS. The results will include the student’s name, GPA and subject-wise letter grades.

Institution Result

Educational institutions collect the combined results of their students from the board and publish them on the institution’s notice board. Students can get the results from their respective institutions. The education board does not provide hard copies of the results to the educational institutions; they have to download paperless results from the website. 

Institution-based results have to be downloaded from the website of the concerned education board. Institution-based results can also be downloaded from the official websites of Education Board Result BD. For this, the institution’s EIIN is required. To download paperless results, follow the method below.

  1. Visit the website www.educationboard.gov.bd.
  2. Click on the Institution Result link.
  3. Select the exam name, year and board.
  4. Write the institution’s EIIN.
  5. Click on the “Submit” button.
  6. Download and print the paperless result.

Institution-based paperless results can also be downloaded from the websites eboardresults.com and eduboardresults.gov.bd.

Board Challenge

If a student feels that his/her answer sheet has not been evaluated correctly after the results are published, he/she can apply for a board challenge. Usually, re-security applications start the day after the results are published. Applications have to be made through Teletalk prepaid SIM. Separate charges have to be paid for each subject. Notices and instructions regarding the board challenge are published on the website of each education board.

After completing the board challenge application, the answer sheets are re-examined, and the board challenge result is published within one month. The re-scrutiny result is published on the website of the concerned education board, and students whose results have been changed are informed via SMS.
